1. Subject of Services

smartinput provides technological consulting, micro-transaction security courses, predictive analysis of business data, and digital efficiency audits. Services are provided exclusively based on a written contract or a confirmed order.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information. smartinput guarantees data confidentiality according to the Privacy Policy and to perform the services with professional diligence.

3. Limitation of Liability

smartinput is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruptions caused by improper use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months.

4. Payments and Returns

All payments are made according to the issued invoice. Returns are possible within 14 days of purchase, only for services not yet started, according to the Full Terms.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. smartinput may suspend access immediately in case of a serious breach of the terms.

6. Modification of Terms

smartinput reserves the right to modify these terms with 15 days' prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.
